These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between banlawin and every player who accesses, registers with, or uses the platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By using banlawin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
Binding Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and banlawin. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

banlawin is exclusively available to adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory during account creation. Underage access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Platform Integrity
banlawin reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and permanently close accounts where fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion is detected. Fair play is a non-negotiable condition of use.

Definitions

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the banlawin Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of Account use.
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account with banlawin or to use any part of the Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. banlawin takes the protection of minors extremely seriously and employs age verification procedures during account creation and at the point of any withdrawal request. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their Account immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts already played.
2.2 Geographic Access
banlawin primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is permitted under the laws applicable to your location at the time of access. banlawin makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction other than those it is authorised to serve. Players who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on banlawin. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you discover that duplicate accounts have been created in error, you must notify banlawin support immediately at support@banlawin.
2.4 Personal Use Only
Your banlawin Account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, share, or otherwise assign access to your Account to any other person. Betting on behalf of third parties, accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of gambling on the Platform, or operating an Account as an agent is strictly forbidden.
Players must be 18 years or older. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure with no right of appeal.
banlawin enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts detected via device fingerprinting, IP analysis, or payment method matching will be closed and balances forfeited.
Section 3
Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To create an Account on banlawin, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a chosen account password. You must not use fictitious names, false contact details, or information belonging to another person.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
banlawin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence; proof of your registered mobile number; and documentation confirming your BDT payment method (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your name and number). Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated time frame may result in temporary suspension of Account withdrawals or permanent Account closure.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. banlawin will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify banlawin immediately and change your password without delay. banlawin accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where adequate security precautions were not maintained by the account holder.
3.4 Accurate Contact Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all contact information associated with your Account remains accurate and current at all times. banlawin communicates important account notices, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming messages via the contact details held on file. banlawin accepts no liability for notices that are not received due to outdated or inaccurate contact information provided by the player.
All registration details must be truthful. banlawin cross-references registration data against KYC documents at the withdrawal stage. Discrepancies may delay or block withdrawals pending investigation.
Never share your banlawin password with anyone. Use a unique, strong password and update it regularly. Enable any available two-factor authentication features for additional account protection.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Approved Payment Methods
banlawin currently supports the following BDT payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. Available methods may change from time to time and the current list is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account dashboard following banlawin Login.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. banlawin may apply additional deposit limits to individual accounts as part of responsible gaming measures or account risk management procedures, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements
Withdrawals from your banlawin BDT Wallet are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must have passed KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully met before real-money withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds; (c) withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible; and (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. banlawin processes withdrawal requests within its standard processing window, subject to payment method clearing times which are outside banlawin's direct control.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on banlawin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). banlawin does not charge currency conversion fees. The amount deposited in BDT is the amount credited to your Account wallet. Any fees applied by your payment service provider (e.g., bKash transaction charges) are separate from banlawin's platform and are the player's responsibility.
4.5 Declined Transactions
banlawin is not responsible for transactions declined by your payment service provider. If a deposit is charged to your payment method but does not appear in your Account wallet within 30 minutes, you should contact banlawin support at support@banlawin with your transaction reference number for investigation.
Instant bKash & Nagad
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your BDT Wallet instantly in most cases. Minimum deposit ৳200 with no platform-side conversion fee.
Minimum Withdrawal ৳500
Withdrawals are processed to your registered BDT payment method. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal request is approved.
No Conversion Fees
banlawin operates exclusively in BDT. There are no platform-level currency conversion charges on any deposit or withdrawal transaction.
Same-Method Withdrawals
Withdrawals must be returned to the original deposit payment method where technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
banlawin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in full before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, sports betting markets, and crash games may contribute a reduced percentage as specified per promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
banlawin reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using the same payment method, device, IP address, or household to claim bonuses under different accounts; placing low-risk or mathematically negligible wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent; and participating in collusion or arbitrage strategies targeting promotional offers.
5.4 Promotion Availability
All promotions on banlawin are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, modified, or extended at banlawin's sole discretion at any time. Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events (such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL season) are available for the stated promotional period only and cannot be retrospectively applied. Promotional communications are delivered only to players who have opted into marketing and whose accounts are in good standing.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Always read the full promotion terms before claiming any offer. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Any form of bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion, or low-risk wagering strategies — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances with no recourse to appeal.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By registering and using banlawin, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that you will not engage in any of the prohibited conduct listed below. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the Platform, the interests of other players, and the safety of the banlawin community.
6.1 Player Obligations
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and during any KYC process.
- Use banlawin solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for commercial gain or professional gambling services.
- Maintain the security of your Account credentials and notify banlawin immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
- Fund your Account only with money that belongs to you and that was obtained through lawful means.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh regarding online gambling.
- Engage with the Platform's responsible gaming tools if your gambling habits change or you feel you are losing control of your play.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on banlawin and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Creating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known bugs are void and must be reported to banlawin immediately.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live games or sharing account access for strategic advantage.
- Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through the Platform.
- Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward banlawin staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or payment method ownership during any verification process.
6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
banlawin reserves the right to take the following actions, individually or in combination, in response to any prohibited conduct: suspension or permanent closure of the offending Account; voiding of all pending bets and open positions; withholding and forfeiture of Account balances where fraud, money laundering, or material dishonesty is established; and reporting of the player's details to applicable financial intelligence or law enforcement bodies where required by law.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your banlawin Account at any time by contacting the support team at support@banlawin. Before closure, any real-money BDT balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and any wagering-incomplete bonus-derived balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.
7.2 Closure or Suspension by banlawin
banlawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; banlawin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; the account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC; or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, banlawin may withhold the Account balance pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months is classified as dormant. banlawin will make reasonable efforts to contact you at your registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts with a positive BDT balance will be maintained for a period of at least thirty-six months from the date of last activity. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant Account should contact banlawin support. Any applicable dormancy administration fee (if applied) will be communicated clearly before deduction.
7.4 Right of Appeal
If your Account has been suspended or closed by banlawin and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a formal appeal by emailing support@banlawin within thirty days of the suspension or closure notice. Appeals must include your registered account details, a clear explanation of your dispute, and any supporting documentation. banlawin will review all appeals and respond within ten business days. The decision issued following appeal review is final.
You may close your banlawin Account at any time by contacting support. Real-money BDT balances will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming
8.1 Commitment to Responsible Play
banlawin is committed to providing a safe and sustainable gambling environment for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling on banlawin is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. banlawin actively promotes responsible play and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling habits effectively.
8.2 Player-Controlled Limits
All registered players may set the following limits directly from their Account dashboard following banlawin Login: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session loss limits; and single-session time duration limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied, to prevent impulsive decisions during active gambling sessions.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Any player who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for Self-Exclusion directly from the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings or by contacting banlawin support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During the Self-Exclusion period, the player's Account is locked, all pending withdrawal requests are processed to the registered payment method, and all marketing communications cease immediately. Self-exclusion periods, once activated, cannot be shortened. Requests to extend an existing self-exclusion can be made at any time.

General Provisions
Intellectual Property, Liability & Governing Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the banlawin Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of banlawin or its licensed content partners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of banlawin. Game assets and trademarks belonging to third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, banlawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, interruptions in service caused by third-party infrastructure (including bKash, Nagad, and telecommunications providers), or losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security. banlawin's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money BDT balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Amendments to These Terms
banlawin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on Account record, and an updated version of the Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 7.1 above.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms applicable to bonuses claimed by you, constitute the entire agreement between you and banlawin regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
